October 2002. A Best business partner engaged TPA to manage and execute a client conference that drew 100 attendees and five prospects. The day was an absolute success. August 2002. Ed Kless, Tipping Point consultant, worked with Microsoft Business Solutions as part of the Global Channel Transformation Workgroup. The workgroup surveyed top Partners across the country to assess the health of the channel. Findings from this study were presented at Stampede, MBS' annual partner conference. |
